How long does it take to process my order?

Do you offer shipping outside the United States?

Currently, we primarily ship within the U.S. For international orders, please get in touch with us at contact@essentialmoments.online to discuss options.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Are your products natural?

Yes! At Essential Moments, we use the finest natural and high-quality ingredients, including nourishing butters, plant oils, clays, and herbs.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Most of our products are gentle and safe for sensitive skin. However, since everyone’s skin is unique, we recommend doing a patch test before full use.

Do you use animal products or test on animals?

No. Our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Many of our items are vegan-friendly, with the exception of those containing ingredients like honey or silk.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns once items are opened or used. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
